I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
We do not issue refunds once the order is in the process of creation or shipped. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order , we can cancel your order and refund your money!
 
Can I return an item for a full refund?
 

We do not accept returns in case of
wrong size selection. We provide a detailed sizing guide for each
product, it is the buyer’s responsibility to rely on it.

We are only able to accept a return and full refund in the event of a proven defect in the product.

Our items undergo extremely strict
quality controls before each shipment. However, if your product has any
manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the product in question (if
possible in the original packaging) to
admin@westernaesthetics.org
along with your order number. In order to be eligible for a return,
your item must be unused, in the same condition as it was received, and
must be returned in the original packaging. You have 14 days to return
an item.

 
Can I exchange an item for a larger or smaller size?
 

All of our textiles come with a size guide to help our friendly
customers avoid this kind of inconvenience. Our team took care to
measure each item and add the corresponding comment in each description.
Therefore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are
too small / large. Nevertheless, we know that purchasing such an item
can cause great frustration.
